Creative Team

Depending upon the type and scope of a project, a creative team of anywhere from two to eight skilled professionals will be assembled to design, program, implement and test the content being created. Teams will always include a lead programmer and graphic designer. When projects call for specific expertise in areas such as 3-D programming, 3-D game environment design, multi-player programming, complex character animation, or special audio effects -- talented full-time individuals are on-staff to fill appropriate slots in the creative team.

Adveractive's ownership and management is "hands-on". All game and entertainment projects have one of Adveractive's three senior executives serving in the role of Project Manager and primary contact person for the client. These individuals are:

Steve Bullock Portrait

President: Steve Bullock founded Adveractive and entered the multimedia world in 1994 following successful careers in retail and marketing (Director of Marketing for a Fortune 500 company at age 30, etc.). In 1995, he recognized that the Internet would be the ultimate delivery medium for compelling entertainment and interactivity; so he turned the company's focus in that direction completely. Since then, he has directed the development of nearly 50 major, branded Internet games for corporations around the world along with a like number of other Internet games and activities.

Rett Crocker Portrait

Executive V.P. & Technology Officer: Rett Crocker has been working in the software development and multimedia field since 1992. He is a principal in several Internet startups and has been a key figure in Shockwave development since it's inception. Most notably, he created the first multi-user Shockwave game in 1996 and, more recently, he managed the creation of Kit & Kaboodle, a highly regarded educational software package for grade school children that allows for large scale, collaborative learning on the Internet.

Andrew Young Portrait

V.P. Art and Graphic Design: Andrew Young joined Adveractive in May of 2000. His experience reaches way back to the days of Director 3. Prior to entering the private sector, he headed the graphic arts program of a local college for 9 years and pioneered interactive design, animation, and advertising in the classroom while at the same time freelancing multimedia projects for clients like Adveractive. He has degrees from Rhode Island School of Design and Yale School of Art.

It's easy to license an Adveractive game. And arranging for the creation of a completely custom game is pretty simple too.
